UNIGIT is an universal rigorous grating solver. It is based on the RCWA and the Rayleigh-Fourier method. There are three different RCWA-solvers implemented:

– one for the 1D-problem, classical mount;
– one for the 1D-problem, conical mount;
– one for the 2D-problem.
